A short, plain policy for a small site. We collect very little, and we do not sell your information.
This policy explains how Vertex Writing Solutions (“Vertex,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with the website at vertexwritingsolutions.com. This is an informational marketing site. It does not host an account system, a shopping cart, or a form that stores your data.
When you email us — for example, to request a template or schedule a demo — we receive what you choose to include: your name, email address, and the contents of your message, such as your filing type and timeline. Contact on this site is by email; the site does not run a web form that captures or stores your information.
The site is hosted by a third-party provider (Netlify). Like most web hosts, it automatically records standard technical information when a page is requested, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages accessed, for security, reliability, and basic traffic measurement. We use this only in aggregate and do not use it to identify individual visitors.
This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and it does not run third-party advertising or behavioral-analytics trackers. Any cookies used are limited to what is needed for the site to function and to keep it secure.
We use the information you send to respond to your inquiry, provide the materials or demo you ask for, and follow up about your request. We use aggregate technical information to keep the site secure and to understand general traffic. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the site (such as our hosting and email providers) and only as needed for them to perform that work, or where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and for ordinary business records, then delete it when it is no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time.
You can ask us what correspondence we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, to delete, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined. To exercise any right, contact us and we will respond as required by law.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Avoid sending confidential or sensitive information, including any non-public clinical or trial data, by email.
This site is intended for a professional audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
This site links to websites operated by others. Their privacy practices are their own; review their policies when you visit them.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the “last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision.
